Contents of the report:
The Management Board of Median Polska S.A. with its seat in Mysłowice _hereinafter: the Company_ informs that today it has entered into an agreement with Sequoya Europe sp. z o.o. with its seat in Skawina _hereinafter: Sequoya_, regarding distribution of the Company’s products, i.e. softgels and softgel capsules on the Polish and foreign markets. The Company has reserved the right to verify the entities with which Sequoya will cooperate under this agreement, with the understanding that agreements with recipients will be concluded by Sequoya in its own name and on its own account. The parties undertook obligations not to conduct competitive activities towards each other, i.e. not to offer products covered by this agreement to their customers _any violation of this provision will be sanctioned by a contractual penalty in the amount of PLN 100,000.00_.
The agreement was concluded for an indefinite period with the possibility of termination by either party with a notice period of 60 days. Failure to comply with the arrangements contained in the agreement, gives the other party the right to terminate it with immediate effect.
The Management Board indicates that the conclusion of this agreement with Sequoya, which has a large network of potential customers, may affect the Company’s sales and financial results.
