The Management Board of Median Polska S.A. with its seat in Myslowice (hereinafter: the Company) provides an addendum to current report EBI No. 18/2022 dated November 4, 2022, in which it informed about changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board. By way of this supplement, the Management Board provides the Information referred to in §10 item 20) of Appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of the Alternative Trading System regarding the Members of the Supervisory Board appointed for a five-year term of office.
The Management Board reminds that on November 4, 2022. The Ordinary General Meeting, through resolutions adopted, dismissed from the Supervisory Board Ms. Ewa Paluch and Małgorzata Serafin and Messrs. Jacek Serafin, Marcin Wilk and Tomasz Kazanecki, and appointed to the Supervisory Board Ms. Katarzyna Lewandowska and Messrs. Michał Zaręb, Paweł Bobrowski, Łukasz Gostomski and Mateusz Darasewicz.Legal basis: §3(1)(7) of Appendix No. 3 to the Regulations of the Alternative Trading System “Current and periodic information provided in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market”.
