Contents of the report:
The Management Board of Mycodern S.A. with its registered office in Gdańsk, Poland _hereinafter: the Company_ informs that among the shareholders participating in the Company’s Annual General Meeting on August 9, 2023, at least 5% of the votes at the Meeting were held by:
– Michał Przyłęcki – 19,501,265 votes from the shares held, which constituted 35.91% of the number of votes at the Meeting and 30.54% of the total number of votes,
– Bartosz Groth – 17,401,266 votes from the shares held, which constituted 32.04% of the number of votes at the Meeting and 27.25% of the total number of votes,
– Piotr Zawadzki – 17,401,266 votes from the shares held, which constituted 32.04% of the number of votes at the Meeting and 27.25% of the total number of votes.
