The Management Board of Median Polska S.A., with its seat in Myslowice (hereinafter: the Company), in connection with the subscription of series D ordinary bearer shares issued pursuant to Resolution No. 28 of the Company’s Ordinary General Meeting of November 4, 2022. on increasing the Company’s share capital through the issuance of series D ordinary bearer shares by private subscription, excluding the pre-emptive rights of existing shareholders, dematerialization of series D ordinary bearer shares and applying for the introduction of series D ordinary bearer shares to trading in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market and amending the Company’s Articles of Association, encloses a summary of the subscription of series D ordinary bearer shares.

Legal basis of the report: § 4 section 1 of Appendix No. 3 to the Regulations of the Alternative Trading System “Current and periodic information provided in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market”.
