Contents of the report:
The Management Board of Mycodern S.A. with its seat in Gdańsk _previously Median Polska S.A. with its seat in Mysłowice_ informs that today its subsidiary Hempley sp. z o.o. with its seat in Gdańsk received a bilaterally signed, and thus received information about the conclusion of an agreement with Eurocash S.A. with its seat in Komorniki and Kontigo sp. z o.o. with its seat in Komorniki for the distribution of products – Gummley brand jelly beans in Eurocash and Kontigo outlets. The agreement sets out the terms and conditions of cooperation between the parties in the distribution of Hempley products. Deliveries of products will be made on the basis of orders, which Hempley is obliged to accept and fulfill in full, or in justified cases beyond Hempley’s control – in part. The agreement does not contain any quantity or value commitments as to the execution of orders by Eurocash and Kontigo. This agreement is of a framework nature and has been concluded for an indefinite period of time. Either party may terminate this agreement with three months’ notice, effective at the end of a calendar month. The agreement may also be terminated immediately in the event of non-performance of its provisions by the other party.
