The Management Board of Mycodern S.A. with its registered seat in Gdańsk _ the “Issuer” or the “Company”_, in reference to the ESPI current report No. 19/2023 dated 23/10/2023, informing about the publication of an announcement on the offer to take up series E shares by shareholders with pre-emptive rights, hereby informs that the deadline for accepting subscriptions for series E shares not covered by basic subscriptions and additional subscriptions under the exercise of pre-emptive rights, submitted in response to invitations from the Management Board addressed exclusively to persons indicated by the Management Board, has been extended until 29/03/2024.
In connection with the above, the date for accepting the aforementioned subscriptions, about which the Company informed in the aforementioned current report and the text of the announcement published in the Court and Economic Monitor, has been changed, as well as the date of allotment of series E shares covered by the exercise of this subscription to a date no later than March 31, 2024.
At the same time, the securities offering information document published with the aforementioned current report has been amended, the updated text of which is attached to this report. The content of the announcement published in the Court and Economic Monitor will also be updated. The Management Board indicates that the subscription form template has not changed.
The Management Board reminds that subscriptions for series E shares _basic and additional shares_ under the exercise of subscription rights were completed on 13.11.2023.
