The Management Board of Mycodern S.A., headquartered in Gdańsk _”the Company”_, in reference to ESPI Report No. 19/2023 dated 23/10/2023, informing of the publication of the announcement of the offer to subscribe for series E shares by shareholders with subscription rights, as well as ESPI Report No. 20/2023 dated 29/11/2023, in which it informed of a change in the deadline for accepting subscriptions for series E shares, and ESPI Report No. 21/2023 dated 28/12/2023, in which it informed about updating the information document, hereby informs of a change in the closing date for accepting subscriptions for series E shares not covered by basic subscriptions and additional subscriptions under the exercise of pre-emptive rights, submitted in response to invitations from the Management Board addressed exclusively to persons indicated by the Management Board, and setting a new date by which these subscriptions will be accepted for 24.01.2024.

At the same time, the securities offering information document published with the aforementioned current report has been amended, the updated text of which is attached to this report. The Board of Directors indicates that the template of the subscription form has not changed.
