Contents of the report:
The Management Board of Mycodern S.A., based in Gdańsk _”Company”_ informs that today it has signed an agreement with a company based in Slovakia _”Contractor”_, based on which the Contractor has been granted exclusive rights to distribute Gummley brand jelly products in Slovakia.
The products will be sold to other entities in Slovakia _B2B_ and through an online store launched by the Customer in Slovak _B2C_. The parties agreed that the Company will supply the Contractor with jelly beans on a monthly basis at a cost of approximately EUR 15,000. The agreement was concluded for a period of one year, with the possibility of extending the cooperation. The parties also reserved the possibility of termination of the agreement by either party under the conditions specified therein.
The Board of Directors indicates that this agreement was concluded as a consequence of the execution of a test order for the Contracting Party and the successful distribution by the Contracting Party of products worth approximately EUR 3.3 thousand.
