The Management Board of Mycodern S.A. with its registered office in Gdańsk _hereinafter: the Company_ hereby announces that the Company’s Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders has been convened for August 9, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. The Meeting will be held at the Company’s registered office, in Gdańsk _80-286_ at 132/20 Jaskowa Dolina Street.

Enclosed are the full text of the announcement and the content of the draft resolutions with attachments.
