The Management Board of Median Polska S.A. with its seat in Mysłowice (hereinafter: the Company) hereby publishes the consolidated interim report for Q4 2022.

At the same time, the Management Board indicates that the Company does not separately publish the standalone report for Q4 2022 exercising the rights contained in §5.2a of Appendix No. 3 to the ATS Regulations, i.e. due to the inclusion in the consolidated quarterly report of the information referred to in §5.4.1 (1) – (4) and §5.4.2 with respect to the Company.

Legal basis: § 5.1.1) and § 5.2a of Appendix No. 3 to the Regulations of the Alternative Trading System “Current and Periodic Information Transmitted in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market”.
