The Management Board of Mycodern S.A., headquartered in Gdańsk (the “Company”) informs that on June 1, 2023. The Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (the “WSE”) adopted Resolution No. 503/2023 regarding the suspension of trading on the NewConnect market of, among others, the Company’s shares (the “Resolution”), due to the failure to submit the Company’s separate and consolidated annual reports for 2022.
The Resolution indicates that the suspension will be in effect until the end of the trading day following the day on which the Company makes public its annual reports for the year 2022 on a standalone and consolidated basis, in the manner and under the conditions applicable to the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market.
The resolution shall become effective on June 2, 2023. Legal basis: § 3 section 1 item 13 of Appendix No. 3 to the Regulations of the Alternative Trading System “Current and periodic information provided in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market.”
