The Management Board of Median Polska S.A., Myslowice, with reference to the current report EBI No. 1/2022 of January 28, 2022, in which it provided the schedule for the publication of periodic reports in 2022, and the current report EBI No. 5/2022 of May 18, 2022, in which it informed about the change of the date of publication of the annual report to May 31, 2022, informs about another change of the date of publication of the report for 2021 fiscal year to June 30, 2022.
The Board of Directors explains that the change of the publication date of the annual report is due to the prolonged work related to the preparation and audit of the financial statements for 2021.
At the same time, the Management Board informs about the violation of disclosure obligations:
– due to failure to submit the annual report for 2021 by the end of the 5th month after the end of the balance sheet date (i.e. by May 31, 2022),
– failure to meet the deadline of at least 2 working days before the established date of publication of the annual report for 2021 to provide a report on the change of the date of publication of the annual report
Legal basis:
– §6 item 14.2 of Appendix No. 3 to the Regulations of the Alternative Trading System “Current and periodic information provided in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market”,
– Item 16a of Appendix No. 1 to Resolution No. 795/2008 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange dated October 31, 2008. “Good practices of companies listed on NewConnect” (amended by Resolution No. 293/2010 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange SA of March 31, 2010 on the amendment of the document “Good practices of companies listed on NewConnect”).
