The Management Board of Mycodern S.A. with its registered seat in Gdańsk (formerly Median Polska S.A. with its registered seat in Mysłowice; hereinafter: the Issuer) informs that in connection with the registration on March 8, 2023 by the District Court Katowice Wschód in Katowice, VIII Economic Department of the National Court Register in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register of the change of the Issuer’s registered seat from Mysłowice to Gdańsk, the Issuer’s address has also been changed to the following:
