The Management Board of Mycodern S.A. with its seat in Gdańsk (hereinafter: the Company) hereby publishes the consolidated interim report for Q3 2023.
At the same time, the Management Board indicates that the Company does not separately publish the standalone report for the third quarter of 2023, exercising the rights contained in §5 item 2a of Appendix No. 3 to the ATS Regulations, i.e. due to the inclusion in the consolidated quarterly report of the information referred to in §5 item 4.1 points 1) – 4) and 4.2 with respect to the Company.
Legal basis: § 5.1.1) and § 5.2a of Appendix No. 3 to the Regulations of the Alternative Trading System “Current and periodic information provided in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect market”.
