The Management Board of Mycodern S.A. with its seat in Gdańsk (the “Company”) hereby provides an addendum to EBI Report No. 20/2023 dated September 12, 2023, in which it informed about changes in the Company’s governing body. The supplement relates to the personnel questionnaire with regard to the information presented therein concerning Mr. Bartosz Groth, who was appointed to the Management Board.
The Management Board recalls that on September 12, 2023. The Company’s Supervisory Board dismissed Mr. Piotr Zawadzki from the position of President of the Management Board, and also passed a resolution to appoint Mr. Bartosz Groth, who previously served as the Company’s proxy, as President of the Management Board of the Company. Mr. Piotr Zawadzki will continue to cooperate with the Company, focusing on the development of the Company’s own brand.
Attached to this current report, the Management Board provides the supplemented information referred to in § 10 item 20) of Appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of the Alternative Trading System.
