The Management Board of Mycodern S.A. with its registered office in Gdańsk (the “Company”) informs that on June 26, 2023. The Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (“WSE”) adopted Resolution No. 670/2023 on imposing a fine of PLN 15,000.00 on the Company. The resolution indicated that the penalty was imposed in connection with the Company’s failure to comply with the requirements for the mode and conditions of publication of the annual report for 2022, applicable in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market, which, in the opinion of the Exchange Board, constituted a serious violation of the rules applicable in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market, and at the same time prevented investors from timely access to important information on the economic and financial situation of the Company.
