The Management Board of Median Polska S.A. with its seat in Myslowice, with reference to the current report EBI No. 1/2022 of January 28, 2022, in which it provided the schedule for the publication of periodic reports in 2022, as well as the reports EBI No. 5/2022 of May 18, 2022 and 6/2022 of May 31, 2022, in which it informed about the change of the date of publication of the annual report to May 31, 2022 and subsequently to June 30, 2022, respectively, informs about another change of the date of publication of the report for the 2021 fiscal year to August 31, 2022.
At the same time, the Board of Directors informs of the violation of the information obligation in terms of failure to meet the deadline of at least 2 working days before the established date of publication of the annual report for 2021 to report on the change of the date of publication of the annual report

– Item 16a of Appendix No. 1 to Resolution No. 795/2008 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange dated October 31, 2008. “Good practices of companies listed on NewConnect” (amended by Resolution No. 293/2010 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange SA of March 31, 2010 on the amendment of the document “Good practices of companies listed on NewConnect”).
