The Management Board of Median Polska S.A. with its seat in Mysłowice (hereinafter: the Company) informs that in 2023 fiscal year periodical reports will be published on the following dates:
– annual separate and consolidated reports for 2022 – on 31.05.2023,
– consolidated report for the fourth quarter of 2022 – on 14.02.2023,
– consolidated report for Q1 2023 – on 15.05.2023,
– consolidated report for Q2 2023 – on 14.08.2023,
– consolidated report for the third quarter of 2023 – on 14.11.2023.
The Management Board indicates that based on the provisions of §5.2a of Appendix No. 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules, the Company will not publish separate individual and consolidated quarterly reports, including in the consolidated quarterly report the information referred to in §5.4.1(1) – (4) and §5.4.2 of Appendix No. 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules, with respect to the Company.
Any changes in the dates of periodic reports will be made public in the form of a current report.
