The Management Board of Median Polska SA with its seat in Mysłowice (the “Company”) informs that on June 1, 2022. The Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (the “WSE”) adopted Resolution No. 507/2022 regarding the suspension of trading on the NewConnect market of the Company’s shares in connection with the failure to submit the annual report for 2021 (the “Resolution”). The Resolution became effective on June 2, 2022.
The Resolution indicates that the suspension will remain in effect until the end of the second trading day following the day on which the Company makes public its annual report for 2021, in accordance with the procedures and conditions applicable to the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market.
Legal basis: § 3(1)(13) of Appendix No. 3 to the Regulations of the Alternative Trading System “Current and periodic information provided in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market”.
