The Management Board of Mycodern SA, with its seat in Gdańsk, Poland (hereinafter: the Company) informs that today it has entered into an agreement with GLC AUDIT sp. z o.o., with its seat in Katowice, registered on the list of auditing firms under No. 3916, the subject of which is the audit of the consolidated financial statements of the Capital Group formed by the Company for the financial years 2022 and 2023.

Legal basis: § 3(1)(11) of Appendix No. 3 to the Regulations of the Alternative Trading System “Current and periodic information provided in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market”.
