The Management Board of Median Polska S.A. with its seat in Mysłowice (hereinafter: the Company) informs that today it entered into an agreement with iAudit sp. z o.o. with its seat in Warsaw, registered in the list of auditing companies under no. 3828, to audit the Company’s financial statements for the fiscal years 2021 and 2022.

Legal basis: § 3(1)(11) of Appendix No. 3 to the Regulations of the Alternative Trading System “Current and periodic information provided in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market”.
