The Management Board of Mycodern S. A. with its seat in Gdańsk (the “Company”) informs that today the Supervisory Board of the Company dismissed Mr. Piotr Zawadzki from the position of President of the Management Board.
Mr. Piotr Zawadzki will continue to cooperate with the Company, focusing on the development of the Company’s own brand.
The Supervisory Board has also adopted a resolution on appointing Mr. Bartosz Groth as Chairman of the Company’s Management Board, who until now has served as the Company’s proxy.
At the same time, the information referred to in § 10 item 20) of Appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of the Alternative Trading System is attached to this current report.
