The Management Board of Median Polska S.A. with its seat in Mysłowice (hereinafter: the Company) informs that on November 4, 2022. The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, by means of resolutions adopted, dismissed Ms. Ewa Paluch and Ms. Małgorzata Serafin and Mr. Jacek Serafin, Mr. Marcin Wilk and Mr. Tomasz Kazanecki from the Supervisory Board, and subsequently appointed Ms. Katarzyna Lewandowska and Messrs. Michał Zaręb, Paweł Bobrowski, Łukasz Gostomski and Mateusz Darasewicz to the Supervisory Board.
The information referred to in §10 item 20) of Appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of the Alternative Trading System concerning the appointed Members of the Supervisory Board will be provided by the Management Board upon its receipt.
