The Management Board of Median Polska SA with its seat in Mysłowice (hereinafter: the Company) informs that on September 5, 2022. Ms. Martyna Serafin resigned from her position as President of the Management Board and at the same time Member of the Management Board of the Company as of the date of her resignation. In addition, the Supervisory Board of the Company on September 5, 2022 appointed Mr. Piotr Tomasz Zawadzki to the Management Board, entrusting him with the function of President of the Management Board of the Company as of the date of the resolution.

Enclosed the Management Board transmits information referred to in §10 item 20) of Appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of the Alternative Trading System, regarding Mr. Piotr Tomasz Zawadzki.

Legal basis: §3 item 1 point 7) of Appendix No. 3 to the Regulations of the Alternative Trading System “Current and periodic information provided in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market”.
