The Management Board of Mycodern SA, with its seat in Gdańsk, Poland (the “Company”) announces that today it has learned that the other party has signed, and thus entered into, an agreement with GLC AUDIT sp. z o.o., with its seat in Katowice, Poland (an entity registered in the register of the State Audit Supervision Agency under number 3916), for the audit of the Company’s financial statements for the years ending December 31, 2023 and December 31, 2024, respectively.

Legal basis: § 3(1)(11) of Appendix No. 3 to the Regulations of the Alternative Trading System “Current and periodic information provided in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market”.
